If you would like to apply for the scheme please follow the process set out by your employer and the scheme provider, we would appreciate if you could let us know as well, so we can arrange for the eBike to be reserved for you, otherwise your new Electric Bike may go on back-order, and there could be a delay in receiving this. 

All orders will be delivered directly from our warehouse, to you and this is free for Mainland UK.

Simply contact us via either live chat or the contact form below and we will be able to confirm we have the bike available, or if there will be a wait for a new delivery. 

To offer this scheme, Bike In Style is charged an administration fee by the provider this enables us to offer the Cycle To Work Scheme to you, Due to this charge, Bike In Style charges an administration fee for Cycle To Work Scheme orders this is equal to what we are charged by the Cycle To Work Scheme Provider. The way these fee's are charged is variable by supplier - please contact Bike In Style for further clarification. 

The administration fee's we may pass on are as follows:

Cycle To Work Scheme by "Enjoy Benefits" up to 10% Administration fee.

Cycle to work Benefit by "VIVUP" up to 12.5% Administration fee. This is payable directly to Bike In Style at time of placing order.

Cycle To Work Scheme by "Caboodle" up to 10% Administration fee.

Cycle to Work Scheme by "My Benefits World" 0% Administration fee. 

Cycle to Work Scheme by "cyclescheme.co.uk" 0% Administration fee, if Bike is on sale fee of up to 10% maybe required, please reach out to us to confirm.

Cycle to Work Scheme by "Green Commute Initiative" 0% Administration fee. 

Cycle to Work Scheme by "Bike2Work Scheme" up to 10% Administration fee.

Cycle to Work Scheme by "Cycle Solutions" up to 12% Administration fee.

We only charge the fee we are charged and do not charge above that. Your fee maybe invoiced together or separately - depending on the provider. If charged separately this would be payable directly to Bike In Style before we can dispatch your new eBike. Even with this fee there are some great National Insurance and Tax savings, (and payment options by being able to spread the payment each month) to be had by using this scheme. To confirm exactly what this fee will be please enquire via contact form below and include the type of eBike you are interested in alongside with the scheme you would be using. 

Our prices shown on the website are for standard sales. Non standard sales (Cycle Scheme orders) we may not always be able to offer the "sale" price shown on our website. We may need to charge the standard price - which may include an admin fee, we will let you know the price of your selected bike once we receive a quote request. Delivery is often included for you at no cost, however for bikes not already in the UK we may need to pass on delivery costs. We request you enquire about a quote prior to requesting a voucher.

Please note that, in order to qualify for the tax and National Insurance relief available under the schemes, 50% of the bikes usage must be for a qualifying journey (example of qualifying journey: home to train station).
